Well, I am returning this pack already and already bought a Verbatim pack I guess this hole is too deep and trying to make it work will spend too much more time than buying a good media On another note, you could try a lens cleaning disc on yours burners for best chance of burning those Memorex blanks, but Verbatim is really the way to go, not to mention they’ll last longer too.

I had to use as it seems HB02 is not for my burner it automatically refused to install. In both cases, remove any disc from the drive and close the tray before updating, then reboot the computer after the update is finished. Write Error Retry Cancel Please post the log as it has all the information we need look in ImgBurn’s Help menu.
